Mary Claxton, Yates and Mattie

These are three cute siblings that visit our church with their aunt.  I had the pleasure of sitting behind them one Sunday and I was mesmerized at their little personalities.

My Baby -sold

 One of the greatest joys of motherhood or fatherhood is holding our sweet babies.  The softness of their skin, the way their hair smells, the way they curl their little bodies into our arms leaves the impression on our hearts that remains forever.  Today I ran into my 45 year old son at the grocery store of all places and he hugged me and said, "Hi Mom".  Because I was working on little LaRue's portrait, memories flashed through my mind of all the little and big hugs I have received over the years and how I can still remember those first days of his life. The presence of his life changed mine forever.
